​        I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, LMFT-IT, Certified Christian Professional Life Coach, passionate about helping individuals and families thrive. I hold a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family
Therapy from Northcentral University and a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management from
Dallas Baptist University. I am a certified SYMBIS (Save Your Marriage Before It Starts)
facilitator, certified in Trauma-Informed Care, and trained in EMDR (Eye Movement
Desensitization and Reprocessing).
Additionally, I am an ordained minister and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-Intern
(LMFT-IT) in the State of Wisconsin, currently awaiting Professional Counseling licensure in the
State of Texas. I am also trained in Level 1 and Level 2 of the Gottman Method Couples
Therapy.
I use a collaborative, client-centered approach that integrates biblical principles with cognitive
behavioral and solution-focused therapies. This approach addresses emotional, behavioral,
contextual, and spiritual needs, helping individuals of all ages navigate challenges such as child
behavioral issues, family dysfunction, depression, anxiety, domestic abuse, and relationship
struggles.
I help clients uncover their innate strengths, values, and identity by combining a Christian
worldview with cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused methods. I am passionate about
equipping clients with practical tools to manage life’s challenges and discover meaningful
solutions.
In today’s fast-paced world, life transitions and obstacles are inevitable. For over thirty years, my
goal has been to walk alongside clients, supporting clients in regaining emotional balance and
developing the skills needed to achieve their desired outcomes. I would be honored to assist you
